Use License

The Platform offers registered Users free access to participate in the online “EUS Skyline” ecoendoscopy event or to access on demand content. All services could be provided by third party vendors on behalf of the Owner.

To access Platform features, Users must register, providing accurate data via the registration form and accepting our privacy policy (https://www.areaqualitagroup.com/eus-skyline-privacy-policy/) and these Terms and Conditions. Users may register and/or authenticate through third-party accounts, granting Platform access under the third-party service provider’s terms and the Owner’s Privacy Policy.

Users are responsible for secure storage of their access credentials, which must not be shared. Users agree to keep credentials confidential, report misuse, and
indemnify the Owner for any violations.

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials (videos and downloadable files) on EUS Skyline’s Platform or third-party service provider’s for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• modify or copy the materials;
• use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
• attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on EUS Skyline’s Platform;
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
• transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by EUS Skyline at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.
